The above mentioned prices are quoted in Euros and include:

  • Room cost
  • Buffet breakfast
  • All applicable taxes

City tax corresponding to 4 Euros/room night is NOT included in the above mentioned prices and should be paid by the client directly to the hotel upon check out.

Please confirm Hotel Availability with Congress Secreteriat before proceeding to hotel payment.

A letter confirming your reservation will be sent to you, by e-mail, within five (5) working days from the day your reservation and payment have been received. Should you not receive this letter in due time, please contact the Professional Congress Organizer.

All bookings are considered  valid only upon full payment and receipt of the accommodation voucher.

You can pay for your accommodation cost by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX). Please complete your credit card details in the “Accommodation Form”

By wire (bank) transfer

Please submit your wire transfer to the following bank details (the wire transfer receipt should be attached to the accommodation form):

In case of payment by wire transfer:

  • Payment must be received net of all bank charges.
  • Please make sure you include the participant’s name in the wire transfer reference field

Cancellation policy*

  • Written cancellations received until June 15th will be accepted with no cost
  • Written cancellations received until between June 16th and August 10th will be charged with one (1) night stay
  • There will be no refund for cancellations received from August 11th and onwards

 All refunds will be processed two (2) months after the congress completion.

*The above-mentioned policy applies to individual bookings only. For group bookings (i.e over 5 rooms) please contact the Professional Congress Organizer


  • In case of non-arrival(s), the hotel(s) reserve the right to release the room(s) within 24 hrs without further notice, provided that participant(s) have not informed the Congress Secretariat in writing about their late arrival(s). No refunds will be made for non-show.
  • Late arrival(s) and/or early departure(s) (based on the dates of the confirmed booking), will result in the charge of the total room cost(s) and no refunds will be made.
  • Official Check-in Time: 15:00 hrs – Official Check-out Time: 12:00 hrs
